The outer layer of the Lunch Cooler Bag could be made of water-proof and durable aviation material to secure temperature control(for example now-woven with mat lamination, polyester with pvc coating, cotton, jute, nylon and pvc ). The inner part consists of shiny aluminum foil or pvc,peva and the middle layer could be insulated PE foam to reduce heat and enhance insulation. Aluminum- it reflects radiant energy. Most of the soft bags also have about 1/2" of urethane foam between the inner and outer walls to block conduction transfer. (The thickness of the foam could affect the effect of the cooler bag. )
