1. Applications

Our dry granulators are suitable for granulating and pelleting dry material whose humidity is below 10%.

1.1 Fertilizers: potassium sulphate (SOP), NPK compound fertilizers etc.

1.2 Chemical material: snow melt agent, antioxidant, fire retardant, cement retarder etc.

1.3 Construction material: all kinds of gypsum, e.g. desulfurized gypsum, phosphogysum etc. Gypsum pelletizer is our featured machine.

2. Output, size and shape

2.1 Small size and irregular shape: min.output is 200 kgs/h and max. is 4500 kgs/h, granules size is on request.

2.2 Big size and oval shape: min. output is 3,000 kgs/h and max. is 12,000 kgs/h, pellet size is on request.

Please note that size is bigger, output is higher.

 3. Granulating and pelleting theory

Two rollers rotate in reverse, materials between rollers are extruded. They are not smooth surface rollers.

4. Price

The price  is between US$30,000 and US$140,000 in terms of different powerful machine. The price is for carbon steel.

5. Components and dimension

Its main components are bucket conveyor, feedstock silo, ration charging machine, screwed feeder, flaking machine, grinding machine, granulating machine, vibration screen, electrical control cabinet.
