1. Product Overview 

Kingflex Insulation Co.,Ltd is one of the earliest and largest glass wool manufacturers in mainland China. Currently, we have six production lines with yearly highly output 100,000 Tons. Most of Kingflex glass wool were world widely exported to more than 40 countries with its good quality and competitive price which via CE and Australia Branze certificates.

The centrifugal glass wool felt is a product made in a process in which glass fiber is made from molten glass using the patented centrifugal method and processed with addition of environmental adhesive mainly imposed of thermosetting resin.

This material can be freely cut in construction according to the shape required, mainly used in room, noise-canceling system, transportation, refrigerators and household electrical appliances for noise canceling with low moisture absorption, stable physical properties.

Heat preservation for steel structure building

6. Package
For increasing loading quantity and reducing cost of transportation, all exported glass wool blanket would be packed vacuum. However, due to excellent rebound property, our glass wool, when reachs the destination,   will rebound almost to the original level in 24 hours after been unpacked.

7. Loading Works

To fit for long distance voyage transport and save the shipping cost, 40HQ container is the most applicable. For 1*40HQcontainers, about 7 tons to be loaded.
