Charavteristics of the equipment

1.Uniform heat distribition, non dead angle

The circulating water in the retort continuosly flows toward the up, down ,left and right direction, thus make sure that every point in the retort get the same temperature during the heating , temperature preservation and cooling process.Therefore , the packed food in different position of baskets will be heated uniformly,effectively preventing the dead angle in the sterilization processing , which make sure the unifomity of temperature and heat exchange, Lowering the possibilities of over cooking and guaranteeing accurate F ＆#118alue.

2.High temperature and short time sterilization

This equipment adopts the double tank cycled hot water to sterilize. First , heating up the water to the requiped temperature in advance (except the multi period sterilization), will shorten the sterilization time and obtain higher efficiency.

3.High sterilizating temperature

Adopt the latest technology , this equipment unilize hot water recyling to sterilize. During the sterilization processing , all the data about temperature pressure, steriliazation time, water and air are automatically controlled. The temperature is correct(with a error less than 0.5℃)

4.Energy saving

The medium water used during the sterilization can be used repeatedly , thus saving the energy ,time , manpower and materials , reducing the whole production cost.

Each set of water bath Retort could be equiped with the F ＆#118alue measuring function.Being treated by the data processing software, all the sterilization data, including sterilization function condition , F ＆#118alue , time-temperarure chart and time-presssure chart will be saved or printed, which offers convenience to production management.
