PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Use hot water or steam to remove was all over well site and pipes.

Also capable of normal temperature well washing, heated well washing(hot water or hot oil), steam dewaxing, pressure testing and dredging manifold pipes dredging.

 

The well flushing and dewaxing unit is mounted on the Styre chassis. The operation power is taken from chassis engine directly through transfer case. In order to complete heating water for well washing, the flushing fluid(oil or water) must be pumped to boiler then oil well under the temperature at setting degree. There are two independent pathways to remove was by using water steam, one is to use WS82 water pump while the other is to adopt triplex pump. The flushing and dewaxing efficiency is very high by adopting different pathways under certain circumstances. The Unit is centralized control and very easy to be operated.
