Preformance:
1.The equipment has many functions,such as heating, cooling, heat presevation and mixing preparation, The container is designed and processed according toTechnical conditions of the steel-made pressure container.
2.There are different specifications for selection,ranging from 0.05m3-5.0m3 , up to the customers' request.
3.With interlayer,wide heating area and small welding area.
4.The mode of the jacket consist of standard jacket, external coil and dimple jacket.
5.The inetrface adopts internationally general use standard ISO rapid installation chuck type,and the material is imported 316L or 304.The mirror polishing intemal surface Ra≤0.28цm, and the extamal surface is mirror finish or matt finish.
6.The level meters for selection are glass tube level meter, static pressure sensor type level meter and supersonic wave level meter.
7.The structure:upward and low- downward round sealing heat or downward reverse convex bottom upward round sealing head structure, which can guarantee no residual of liquid medicine.
8.The heat preservation material is polyurethane or pearl wool.
9.The equipment is equipped with respirator,CIP nozzle,viewing mirror,flanged quick-installed manhole.
