    Heat flow method is the world recognized insulation standard test method, thermal heat conduction device use double heat flux sensor, excellent temperature stability, heat conduction coefficient 0.005... 0.5 W/(m * K), It is mainly used to test the thermal conductivity of construction insulation materials, glass, fiber, foam and so on. Testing materials include fiber board, loosing filler glass fiber, ceramic fiber (XPS/EPS/PUR, etc.), foam plastic, inter-layer composite plate, vacuum plate, rubber products, cement(concrete) products, powder materials, filler materials, gypsum board and so on.

    DRH-300C can quickly tend to be stable, it can have fast response on sample characteristics. It depends on the precise control of plate temperature and double heat flux sensorconfiguration of the instrument. For some materials, just a few short minutes to accurately obtain the thermal resistance. All test functions from the temperature control to the data collection and analysis is fully automated. According to different measurement requirements, the user can choose to terminate at this time measurement, can also choose to further extend the measuring time. For QC and process control of some sample test time is shorter than 5 minutes. Measuring strictly conform to the ASTMC518 or ISO8301 and the standard of GB/T10294, GB/T10295.

    DRH-300C thermal conductivity meter is based on the steady-state method, is able to measure 30 cm x 30 cm samples, thickness ranging from a few millimeters to 5cm. All testing functions automatically; Motor control of the plate movement; Measurement set up and run very fast; Sample sandwiched between two heat flux sensor test, fixed or adjustable temperature gradient. In a few minutes after stability of temperature and temperature gradient, using the embedded controller or external computer measured the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of the sample. Automatic upper plate move and sample thickness measurement, simplifies the test preparation. All test parameters and the correction data can be stored in the computer. It is suitable for industrial applications, superior performance. DRH300 coefficient of thermal conductivity measurements conform to ASTM C 518, ISO 8301, JIS b 1412, DIN EN 12939, DIN EN 13163 with DIN EN 12667 and relevant international standards.
