This Control Unit for Gamma Radiography Equipment is an automatic, intelligent control device which is recently designed by our technical staff, and it can be used with any model of our gamma ray equipment.

 

A programmable logic controller (PLC) produced by SIEMENS is installed in the control unit as its main control part; besides a professional industrial touch screen is equipped as the interface, which displays the operational commands, working processes and failure indications in English. This makes the control unit directly and easy to operate. Modular design reduces the wire distribution and failure rate, and greatly improves the performance and reliability of the control unit.

 

The shutter can automatically open and close, and exposure can be finished only after operators setup the concerning parameters. No complicated manual control procedures, labour intensity and worker’s radiation dose are reduced, and the accuracy of exposure time is enhanced.
