Our chocolate storage tank is water jacket. The jacket tank and cover are in stainless steel 304.
It is heated by electrical immersion heater.
The tank is equipped with two stirrers, they are mixing against each other.
The speeds of two stirrers are adjustable, controlled by VFD.
There is also a time relay to control the agitating time.
Motor and gearbox is Chinese brand.
Electric components are Schneider and Chinese famous brand, the temperature controller is Omron. Water pump is Grundfos brand.
