WJQ series shear pump is a specific pump to shear additive, polymers and clays to improve the performance of drilling fluid. With 4 specifications with power between 37KW and 75KW, the WJQ shear pump is applicable to 50HZ and 60HZ as well as metric and British systems.

Features

No Leakage: Use combined seal relying mainly on mechanical seal and packing subsidiary, the mechanical seal is designed by us with patent ZL20072 007957.2. The service life is 6 times as normal mechanical seal.
High Shear Efficiency: Special impeller and shear plate make shear efficiency >95%.
Long Service Life: Impeller and shear plate are stainless, other flow parts are made of high wearable cast iron.
Beautiful Appearance: The structure is compact and beautiful.
