tant current, this is called Quick Charge.

Constant-Voltage Charge

When the battery is almost been fully charged, the battery will limit the current automatically.

Float Charge 

When the battery voltage reaches the setted float voltage(12V:13.8V), it will automatically switch to the float charge 

condition, and charge with the current 0.1Amp-0.3Amp.
