1. The purpose of  cap sterilizer is to clean the bottle cap and provide the capper with safe and hygienic cap continuously;
2. Major elements: cap sorter, cap feeding platform, cleaning slideway, pipe system and housing; 
3. The cap sorter sends the bottle caps in a mess to the chute, the unacceptable caps are collected back by the special pipe; the cap feeding platform sends caps to the cleaning slideway;
4. It adopts the linear cap washing method, spray liquid medicine for sterilization in the front part of the cleaning slideway, spray water for cleaning in the later part. The slideway arrangement is subject to the factory building design drawing, the slideway cap rail is designed according to the cap size;                            
5. Two sets of stainless steel pipes are provided with the prepared sterilization liquid and pure water. The sterilization liquid and water can be used for cleaning according to the customer’s technical process flow. Besides, the sterilization liquid can be recycled.
