I. Llustration
Based on CPE as its raw material, blended with other additives. It has good excellent properties such as oil -resistance, cold -resistance, weathering -resistance, flame-retardant and good mechanical properties. It is the ideal substitution of CR or CSM compounds. Foreign Equivalent Grade is XH-03A of GB7594-87. It has excellect fire-retardancy.

II. Application
The compound can be used for mine lighting cable and the cable that has high fire-retardant requirments.

IV. Processing condition
It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder CV producing line.
Compression Ratio: 1: 1.1~1.5.: 1
Curing pipe Temperature: 165-185
Length-diameter ratio: 6: 1-16: 1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10: 1)
Extruder Temperature: 65-85
