Our grinder can machining not only hook angle but also clearance angle, several grinder can be operated by only one person, automatic and manual control combines, convenient for adjustment, user choose which tooth type to machining in Intelligent Interface ,unusual tooth types can be combined as group at will, each group can be up to 20 tooth.

The speed for guide railing of wheel head drop quickly, the closer it gets close to cutting head, the slower it gets to be, and the slow speed can be adjusted, so does the lowest point and speed of stirring tooth. The maximum for grinding speed is 20 tooth/min.

The devices of grinding head, stirring tooth, rotor angle, hanging the blades, clamping the blades have sealing ring for water-proof, and dust-proof, and have exposed oil filler. Rotor angle tank, stirring tooth tank and wheel head walking tank have the speed cushion devices .SFT-P810 has a additional MITSUBISHI PLC, which can use on the complex teeth like TCG,Combination tooth types .Especially for the clearance angle of trapezoid tooth, it has positive effect.
