 Features

 

1. The spindle head components employ dual-hydraulic cylinder balance mechanism, ensured balance of head's movement.
2. The bed, column, beam, slide and spindle box of the machine are adopted cast iron formed from resin bonded sand model and reasonable layout of ribs to provide good stiffness and steadiness.

3. The main motion of the machine adopts AC main servomotor with wide speed changing range and ZF gearbox to assure spindle's high torque in low speed, suitable for heavy cutting, and constant power in high-speed suit for finish machining.
