When it loads materials, battens are directly conveyed to transfer roller through plane. Single batten swerve 90 degree through the spray adhesive positioning conveyor. And it spray glue automatically. It swerves the batten 90 degree through automatic alignment machine. It makes the battens one side aligned and than transfer the pre-arranged batten into high frequency wooden board joining machine.
Feeding system equipped with automatic spray glue device, glue saving rach more than 30%, improved the plate flatness, improve the rate of the output.
Labor saving: The machine can be operated by a single worker, thus the labor intensity is greatly reduced.
