According to the prescription, raw materials are placed into the beating machine to be stirred into even powdered slurry, then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the curing machine. After cured, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and put in a reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape. And cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails.

       The curing machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably, by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm, cut-off gas generator and temperature control devices. The machines of the unit are installed with a program-controlled system. The speed of the wheel hub and power slurry thickness can be regulated. The diameter of water bar can be changed by transferring different reeling bar shafts. The length of water bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm aperture, which controlled by their own frequency converters.
