2. After-sales service
(1) Guarantee period: one year for mechanic parts (screw not included), 6 months for electrical appliances. After the warranty expires, all spare parts shall be charged at cost of ex-factory.
(2).After warranty period, the seller shall give solutions within 48hrs after notified by the buyer if any err happens.
