what is an aging tank / ageing tank?
The ageing vat produced by RANKING MACHINERY is designed for the ageing of ice-cream mix at 4°C. It has slow agitator and as fold source it uses chilled water or, upon request Freon (n such a case the tank can be supplied with built-in cooling unit). The cooling medium flows into the jacket that is integrated in the wall of the ice cream ageing tank. Our aging tank capacity range goes from 300liter up to 2000L. On special execution it is possible to have aging tanks up to 3000L.
