The Large trolley electric furnace is generally installed with a supporting foundation. Rails are embedded in a reinforced concrete foundation. Base plates are installed under the surrounding pillars of the furnace which support the structural load. The custom size of theLarge trolley resistance furnace is generally selected to meet different heat treatment needs with temperature ranges of >650 ℃, >950 ℃ and>1200 ℃.

The Large trolley electric furnace uses a PLC or DCS system to automatically control the different temperature zones. Temperature rising speed, heat preservation, and temperature cooling speed can be set separately. The furnace is equipped with a long graph automatic recorder and/or circular diagram recorder. These are integrated with the control system and provide automatic records for operations, analysis, and proofing.
