Servo motor Horizonta pillow packing machine
Application:
This horizontal flow wrapper is applicable for packing pillow pack of various size solid regular objects, such as instant noodle, biscuits, bread, moon cake, candy, medicine, commodity, hardware, toys, or loose product loaded by box /tray, etc.
Features:
1. Advanced Pansonic PLC and Kinco colorful Touch screen panel. Can easily set and change packing parameters, display production data and self-diagnostic machine error can be viewed directly from the screen.
2.Film and Back seal driven by a 400W servo motor. product conveyor and end seal driven by a AC motor, speed adjustable by frequency Inverter. Film speed automatically synchronized with conveyor speed.
3. End seal jaw speed adjustable by a hand wheel when bag length change.
4. All parts are buit for easy maintenance and cleaning
5. pulling wheels open by means of pneumatic switches, the sealing wheels open automatically at every machine stop.
6. Safety guards as required by European Law , Comply with CE approved.
7. On all machines is possible to install: photocell for printed film, printer for date, line shaft for automatic feeders, etc..
Optional Parts:
1. Solid ink date code printer.
2. Sealing jaw with hole punching device.
