And this series product mainly adopts the imported PLC as the lower computer of full-automatic control and IPC as the upper computer with man-machine interface, animated display and computer real-time monitoring system, which can make real-time display of pressure, time curve and values, accumulate records and store parameters and search original records, and has the functions of saving and printing daily report and monthly report. In the operation, after setting various parameters (such as pipe number, pipe diameter, wall thickness, steel grade, pressure, dwell time, date, operator number, etc.) based on API standards, the tubing automatically enters the equipment to start pressure testing through transmission line and storage rack with the two operation modes of automatic control and manual operation.
