Brief Introduction

ZHMY-2100 Type automatic die cutting and creasing machine is special equipment applying to die cutting of advanced high grade colorful boxes and cartons.

The Automatic Creaser Machine and Manual Die Cutting Machine combines several advantages of similar products at home and abroad.

It uses high strength gripper bars and advantage gripper structure; it can be applicable to all kinds of cardboard paperboard and corrugated paperboard.

It is with feeder feeding paper system.

Frontal/ rear and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die cutting.

Other parts are adopted high precision intermittent mechanism, air clutch in quick action, pneumatic locking mechanism, programmable controller and man-machine interface; the interface can display various digital information of machine, such as working speed, amount of paper processed and total running time.

It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting.

The main host is controlled by inverter, stepless speed variation, and smooth operation.

The machine has many sensors and safety devices to guarantee the safety of operator and environment.

The frontal and rear pressure can be adjusted separately. It has hand barring, convenient to stop machine and save labor, it can realize die cutting without gripper edge too.
