Carton milk packing machines

BW-1000 type machine consist of three separate machines: carton forming machine, capping machine and filling machine. The entire machine is made of food-grade stainless steel. The surface is special processed, so the appearance is beautiful and durable in use.

1.  Work flow :

1) Carton Forming Machine: Cardboard →(manually put on the carton)→ Bottom heating → Bottom molding and sealing →Top Open Carton 

2) Capping Machine: Top Open Carton →(manually put the carton)→ Ultrasonic welding → Top Open Carton with Cap 

3) Filling Machine: Top Open Carton with Cap →(manually Put on the carton)→ Filling → Top heating → Top molding and sealing → Date printing → Finished Product 

The operation of the filling machine is automatically controlled by computer program, and others are controlled by electric apparatus. The whole progress is controlled by PLC, and needs 4 persons to operate.

2.  Suitable for filling:

Milk, yogurt, cream, beaten egg, soya been milk, juice, tea drink, corn drink, pure water,

sauce, wine, cleaning solution, chemical product, granular and dry powder, etc
