Accepting horizontal cylinder structure, the machine has reasonable design with airproof driving bearing that can be switch to water while washing .The granules look like balls with good fluidity. Compared with traditional process, 25% less bond can be saved and drying time can be shortened. The effect of 2 minutes of dry mixing and 1-4 minutes of granulation will be 4-5 times higher than that in traditional process. The whole operation, in accordance with “GMP” standard, has strict safety measures.
Working Method
The particle material and bond will be mixed into humid material at the bottom of the cylinder tank, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side high-speed cutting device.
