Fire Extinguisher Operation Instruction

 

1. Quickly take extinguisher at a site, extend to 7 meters away to the fire;

 

2. Shaking cylinder up and down before use, to loose the inside powder;

 

3. Take out the discharge hose, then safety pin;

 

4. Hold the hose with one arm, aim the nozzle of the fire;

 

5. Push the handle, sweep side to side;

 

6. Keep upright position during powder spray, do not lying, upside down.

 

 

 

 

 

Fire Extinguisher Maintenance

 

1. Fire extinguisher is pressure vessel,  should prevent collision during the transportation;

 

2. Should placed within reach and in a dry and ventilated place at a temperature of  -10°C~+45°C;

 

3. Preventing damps, solarization; 

 

4. The parts in good installed, check it frequently;

 

5. Regularly check if inside powder is caking, replace if yes;

 

6. Regularly check if gauge pointed in green area, to find lower or overcharge gas, refill them by the pointer's condition;

 

7. Recharge immediately after complete or partial use;

 

8. Cylinder should be Hydraulic Tested every 5 years, qualified them can be used.
